RADIO  SHACK RS-2041 #7739 (EQUIVALENT TO 2N3055) NPN SILICON POWER TRANSISTOR, TO-3 CASE, AUDIO AMPLIFIER, NEW .  This transistor was purchased several decades ago.  I never got around to making the circuit for which I had bought it.  Now I have no use for it.  It is the Radio Shack equivalent to the popular 2N3055 transistor.  The specifications are 54 volt, 15 amp, 115 watt.  Such transistors are typically used for audio, power linear and switching applications.  They are considered very valuable.  The transistor has never been used and is in excellent condition. Package weighs 2 ounces.  U.S. buyer pays shipping and handling cost for USPS First Class Mail of $2.85.  Will ship by International First Class Mail but cost will vary with location plus a $1.00 handling fee.  Prefer payment by PayPal.  "Buy It Now" price.  A 10% discount is offered for purchase of two or more of my current eBay listings at the same time plus a possible reduced shipping cost.  In this case please wait to be invoiced before paying.
