Radius Engineering Floware RTM 2100 Injector System   For sale- a Radius Engineering Floware RTM 2100 Injector System.  I say system, but I am less than clear on what all I have here.  I think there may be other pieces required but without knowing more about the thing I don’t know that for sure.  I can say this with great certainty:  the system came with a Texas Micro Systems 2003A computer which is old enough that the processor in it is a 386SX, and it has had the hard drive removed.  So other than a couple of Keithley I/O boards (DAS-8 and DDA-06) I suspect that it is obsolete and worthless.   Also of dubious value is the upper blue cube which contains a really old CRT monitor assembly.  I am going to guess that can be removed from the lower enclosure to cut down on freight costs, but if you want it I can certainly include it.  Which leaves us with the RTM Injector Temperature Control/Data Acquisition System, which powers up and looks like it might be ready to go to work as pictured.  And an Industrial Devices Electric Cylinder Control Model S5201, which also says SX6-Drive on the side of it.   Plus of course the yellow injector itself, which may or may not be complete.  I say that because while I was able to find a place to plug in the Cylinder Heater cable and a couple of associated thermocouple wires, there was another heater cable for the Injector or Injection Line or something like that plus a couple more thermocouple wires and I don’t see anywhere for those to be plugged into.  Might have overlooked it, might be staring me in the face. There is a yellow Injector box on the thing, but the only connection to be made there was the Encoder Pressure Limit Switch.  If there was also a place for the heater connection I missed it altogether and I think I looked pretty good although the lighting isn’t great.   So while I have listed the system as used because at least some of the parts may be usable as is, it may well be missing pieces or require repair or refurbishment.  And the cost of acquiring anything else that might be needed or having necessary repairs made will be entirely at your expense.  I think it would be wise or at least practical to budget for some repairs and replacements and then hopefully be pleasantly surprised if you come in under budget.  I don’t think there is any chance that you are going to plug this thing in and go to work with it as is, even if you know what you are doing (and I certainly do not).   Untested, sold as is, and NO warranty is offered.  However, IF you pay the asking price and find it has a problem you cannot live with within 14 days of receipt you may return it.  Returns are ONLY allowed on Buy It Now Purchases.  Accepted Best Offers are strictly an as is sale, no returns allowed.  Return would be for a refund of the purchase price, not including shipping costs, which may be substantial.   Just so that we are clear on that, this is an item that has not been thoroughly tested.  As such it may work fine or it may have problems, so any purchase entails a certain degree of risk.  If you Buy It Now your risk is limited to the shipping costs both ways.  If you submit an offer you do so knowing that you cannot return it.  In either case it is up to you to decide whether the risk level is acceptable to you, and if not you need to pass on this particular item.   Please check out my other listings for more interesting lab, test, and optical equipment.  Check back often!   Sold as is, as described, as pictured.  Potential buyers are asked to please make sure you have read the listing carefully, and understand what you are buying.  Ebay’s condition codes for used items, which I am now required to select from, might imply a degree of functionality that my limited time, knowledge, and facilities do not allow me to ascertain.  If the functional condition of the item is known it will be stated as such in the listing.  Unless a warranty is specifically offered returns are not accepted regardless of any implied functionality.   You are also encouraged to visit my “ME” page, where my terms, conditions, and philosophy of doing business are outlined.  I don’t think anything there is outside the bounds of normal e-commerce, but they are binding on the transaction.   Shipping will be motor freight on a pallet unless you would like to come pick it up.  I would estimate the shipping weight at around 350 pounds for the lower blue cube with the Temperature Control and Cylinder Control plus the injector itself.  If you want the old computer and or the upper display cube those would have to be factored in later.  I would estimate the freight cost for the 350 pound shipment at between $250 and $500 to the east and west coast respectively.  Residential deliveries, deliveries that require liftgates, deliveries to the boonies, and deliveries to schools or universities will all be more because it takes longer for the carrier to get the job done.  Shipping will be via Old Dominion Freight Lines, which has done a consistently good job getting my shipments where they are going without roughing them up.  I will be happy to quote you for the shipment, but I need to know the zip code, residential or commercial, and whether a lift gate will be required.   If you don’t want the blue rack at all I can probably pull the two controllers and lighten the load by another 50-75 pounds.  If you would prefer to use another carrier that’s fine .  It will be shipping from a warehouse with a loading dock in zip code 23093, but I do not live there!  I require pickup confirmation the day before and your carrier must provide an emailed printable copy of the Bill of Lading so that there is paperwork available for the driver to sign when he gets there.  The BOL should have all the info filled out when I receive it, blank copies are unacceptable.   I can ship this to Canada via Old Dominion, but they do not offer customs brokerage services, so you would need to have your own customs broker lined up before it shipped.
