These terms constitute a legally binding agreement (contract) between the seller and buyer. By bidding on, or purchasing, the product posted in this eBay listing, the winning bidder agrees to and accepts all of the terms of sale stated below. TERMS OF SALE: Only what is shown in the eBay photo and mentioned in the listing is included, anything else should be understood to not be included. For sale is for the eBay item only, no service or tech support are included, but if you have a question feel free to ask and we'll answer if we can. All sales are final, please understand that this is an auction/liquidation environment, not a retail store, so make sure the item is right for you, before bidding. PAYMENT: We accept payment by Paypal, and we only ship to the address which the buyer provides within the Paypal payment, no exceptions. If you would like to pay with a non-Paypal payment method, please contact us before bidding to see if we can arrange something. Buyers are given 7 days from winning bid to pay, and payment is expected of all winning bidders If no payment is made within 7 days, an unpaid item reminder will be filed with eBay, and the buyer forfeits the auction win. We are required by state law to collect sales tax on all items shipping to a CA address. CA sales tax may be waived at our discretion, but only with a valid CA resale certificate - please contact us for resale exception *before* sending payment. DOMESTIC (US) SHIPPING: Local pickup is normally not available; exceptions are sometimes made, but only for higher-value orders. Please contact us first to see if we can make this arrangement for you, don't assume that we will be able to. We charge flat-rate shipping, and there is no extra cost to ship to AK, HI, PR, or PO boxes, these are all fine. Shipping cost includes packaging cost including time and materials, and also includes shipping insurance (either through carrier, or self-insure); we guarantee delivery to the address you provided, or else a refund if the carrier loses the package. Smaller items will normally ship USPS and heavier items will normally ship Fedex Ground. Heavier items going to AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO, or PO boxes will ship via USPS parcel post All items must be shipped using our shipping account, we don't use anyone else's account to ship items. Packages valued $250 or more will ship with signature required upon delivery. We cannot normally offer expedited or express shipping. If this is something that you crucially need, please contact us *before* bidding to see if we can do this for you. Items will normally ship within 2 business days from the date of payment clearing (but most items will ship the next business day). You can typically expect to receive your item in under a week for smaller items, or 5-9 days for larger heavier items shipping ground delivery. Combined shipping: take $3 off shipping for each auction won after the first, if the items are paid for together. FREIGHT SHIPPING: Oversized items (150+ LBs) may be picked up locally, or may be shipped freight, but scheduling the freight shipment is buyer's responsibility. Scheduling a freight shipment may be done at freightquote.com, or another freight broker or carrier, only a credit card is required. Freight shipping is from zip code 95134, commercial location, forklift available for loading, and outgoing shipments may be scheduled from 12 noon-6pm on weekdays. We can prepare the shipment for you upon request, palletizing, strapping down, and/or shrinkwrapping, there is a $25 palletizing fee. Bill of lading must be provided to us at least 24 hrs in advance of scheduling shipment, and ship-to address must match the shipping address in your Paypal payment. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International bidders, please contact us about the possibility of international shipping, prior to bidding/purchasing, not all items may be shipped internationally. International buyers are responsible for additional costs of international shipping: shipping cost and also import duties / taxes of your country of residence. International shipping cost is NEVER refundable for any reason. Please only bid if you understand this. WARRANTY: All of our Ebay items are guaranteed to arrive working normally, and they come with warranty. If there is any problem with your order we will provide a replacement item or a refund, but we ask that you return the item PROMPTLY, please try to return it within 2 weeks, and should be received by us at the very latest 30 days after when you received the package. After 30 days we cannot accept any returns, unfortunately, so please check your purchase promptly and let us know if there happens to be any issue. Buyer is fully responsible for return shipping. Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped, with all included items - returning the item damaged or dismantled will void the warranty. We do not cross-ship, or ship any replacement, before the item is returned to us. Once the item is returned, we will ship a replacement item, if it's available. If a replacement isn't available, a full refund, including original shipping & handling charges, will be given.
