Rancilio Classe 8 DE Automatic 2 Group Commercial Espresso Machine This Rancilio is in excellent condition. It was only ever lightly used and has been fully gone through. Everything on the machine is fully functional. It is very clean. It is a 220 volt automatic machine with 2 group heads, two steam wands and one hot water tap. This machine has a 6000w heating element which is the biggest I have seen in a 2 group machine. This means it will heat up faster and recover faster than most other 2 groups. It is a tall group machine so it can accommodate tall cups. It has a small fan that keeps the display board cool. It also has a very handy pivoting rack for pulling shots into a shorter cup or shot glasses. This machine has the capability to customize the dosages for each button. The parts for this machine are easy to get and the people at Rancilio USA are great to work with if you every need any help. Would be an excellent addition to your business! Additional info and specs below. The Classe 8 DE Tall is a fully automatic commercial espresso machine having electronic controls with a large variety of rich functionality. The Tall version is ideal for coffee shops and chains that serve Tall coffee drinks. The support surface is located at a lower level than on the other espresso machines, leaving a 5.5" clearance under the group head. A special insertable ledge will raise the cup surface so that standard espressos can be made without splashing. On the DE Tall espresso machine, the steam wands have been lengthened, which allows them to be used with larger than normal frothing pitchers. The sophisticated electronics of the Classe 8 DE Tall allow the espresso machine to be operated simply and intuitively. The functions that can be managed and programmed from the display include: 1) An automatic Easy-Clean washing function; 2) The infusion profile program; 3) The Standard Espresso Quality system warns of variation in dispensing, which allows you to adjust dispensing times. Classe 8 DE Tall commercial espresso machines come standard with the following features: Easy Clean Feature The Easy Clean feature allows you to clean your espresso machine at night with minimal intervention or supervision by your staff. Simply load the groups with espresso machine cleaner, and the Easy Clean feature will do the rest - cycling the heads to flush them correctly and leave them clean. AMB.07 - Advanced Boiler Management Feature The Advanced Boiler Management feature is the electronic control of the boiler and water system within the espresso machine. Specifically designed software improves the performance of your espresso machine by switching on the heating element concurrently with the brewing of espresso, or the frothing or steaming of milk. This allows your espresso machine to stabilize its temperature by anticipating usage. The Advanced Boiler Management System features a control that senses pressure fluctuations in the boiler, and that immediately compensates for those fluctuations by modulating the heater.. Plug & Brew Feature The Plug & Brew feature is a new Rancilio patented feature that makes your installation super easy. It allows your dosages and other the main programmable functions of your commercial espresso machine to be set to default values immediately on power up. Even espresso machines without the display feature will allow you to adjust your temperatures externally with the Plug & Brew feature, thanks to a new function that allows the boiler pressure to be adjusted using control buttons.
