This is a beautiful Rancilio S10 Leva. It's a clean and rare machine. Not many come for-sale in working order. Most are neglected pieces of history. This machine, however, is a restored working 2-group lever machine that runs on standard 110v electric!  When I bought it, it had been sitting for 10 years.  A new right steam assembly was installed.  The old PStat was replaced with a new one.  The auto fill Gicar was replaced as well.  Old gaskets were removed and replaced with new and the machine was in working order.   The manual fill (the knob on the bottom right side of the machine) is in working order.  The springs were in decent shape.  I don't think the boiler was touched at all.   Additionally, I did a few personal touches of my own.  The frame was painted mat black. I made some custom walnut side panels to replace the Red Rancilio metal panels.  It comes complete with the original red Rancilio side panels as well and is ready and able to pull some great shots.  I know the question will be asked so let me touch on it first: this machine does not have a propane kit installed. A propane kit is available for the machine directly from Rancilio. As I understand, they make a propane kit specifically for this machine. From my research, Rancilio began producing the S10 in 1984. I don't know the age of this machine, but guess its late '80 early '90's. There is a marking on the internal sight glass that says '91.   Included with the sale is two portafilters….one spouted, one naked.    This machine will be crated and shipped.
