New in box RapidRun® Digital is designed to be the standard for in-wall digital audio/video installations. The RapidRun system empowers you to customize your installation to create your own ideal audio/video solution. Break-away flying leads and wall plates ensure flexible, efficient, high quality connections for all types of equipment. The 6 ft. HDMI active flying lead is the right complement for the Digital Runner when an active wall plate is not required. It is most commonly used in homes when connecting a PC to a monitor or for digital signage applications when the source is 50 feet or more away from the display. When using the Digital Runner at lengths from 50 to 100 feet, an active flying lead or wall plate will be required on the display end. Terminate with flying leads (with lengths up to 10 feet), or with wall plates (available in three colors) to meet the specific requirements of your installation. Please Note: Each complete RapidRun solution requires a passive break-away flying lead or passive wall plate on both ends of Runner cables up to 35 feet. For Runners 35 feet and longer, each solution requires a passive break-away flying lead or passive wall plate on the source end, and an active break-away flying lead or active wall plate on the display end to terminate the runner cable.
