We have for auction this rare estate find. A  "Perfection Cooler" water cooler made in the early 1900's by the perfection cooler co of Stoughton Mass and in Michigan City Ind. The company was started by Atwood Boggs in 1909.It is in great condition the crock has no cracks and was made by the Geuder, Paschke and Frey co as shown in pictures also from the early 1900's..It works by placing ice around the crock to chill the water (or any other beverage you deem fit) It has a valve to drain the water off the ice and a separate valve for your drink. The beautiful embossed clear glass top is also in great condition with the perfection cooler logo in it very heavy glass weighing in at over 3 lbs itself. Not sure if this is the right top for this piece but it looks very cool and could be used as a cover as shown in pictures or for the condensation catcher under the cooler. This would be a great steampunk decor addition or for the mancave imagine putting 2 gallons of margarita mix and a half gallon of Tequilla load with ice and it would be a great drink dispenser for your party and a great working conversation piece. The cooler itself measures approx 13"tall 14"wide.When on its all metal stand its 41" tall.Shipping is a killer because it has to be sent in 2 packages. The shipping price listed is the maximum it would be and i will adjust if you live closer to me.Please ask any questions before bidding.Good Luck No Returns.
