Here we have a set of ASP 66-423 Handcuffs. These cuffs are Super Rare and virtually impossible to pick or shim. Never used or carried. Item has a few tiny scuffs from being taken out of their duty holster but I couldn't get them to show up in any pictures. As new otherwise. These retail for over $100, if you could find them. Mini Belt Clip Key Case, 1. Mini Laniard/Keychain Key Case, 1. Zipper Pull Hide-a-Key From ASP: ASP lightweight hinged handcuffs with three part pawl for higher security. The pawl is the part that engages the teeth of the swinging bow of the handcuff. Making it with 3 independently operating sections makes the handcuffs more resistant to shimming. The stacked pawls are narrower than the bow width to prevent shimming from the side. End shimming requires a shim that is the exact width of the stacked pawls. ASP calls them European style. Hiatt (now Safariland) has been using this feature for years and 3 pawls are required by some European agencies. Green double locks differentiate these from standard ASP handcuffs.
