I tried to find out about this item by googling it and only found an article about a place in Corpus Christi called Elizabeth’s Cocktails. It told about the place and said another keen feature is the glorious old rubber machine in the men’s room, selling something called the Cutie Nudie Puzzle, and its sign warning, “French Ticklers Sold as Novelty Items Only.” So I assume this came out of a vintage condom machine. I would say this is from the 1960's by looking at the abbreviation of the state of Pennsylvania. The little box measures 1 1/2" wide by 2 1/8" tall. This was an estate sale find. Thanks for looking.
