An original very early antique variant of the Lunkenheimer glass bulb drip oiler for a early hit and miss engine which is glass with a brass screw on top nozzle. The heavy clear glass is embossed Lunkenheimer / Cin O. / No 3 and it is mold blown with a factory ground top. The brass top is original with a screw threaded top. This is a much earlier and rare variant of the more frequently found glass bulb oilers. Condition - glass is essentially perfect free of any chips, cracks or stain (I washed it out just before photographing but it perfect with no stain). The original brass top has a bit of a bend to the screw top nozzle otherwise fine with a nice patina. A scarce early antique Lunkenheimer glass bulb oiler which is completely fresh to the market from a early estate.
