Rare IBM Selectric II Electric Typewriter, Red color. Model 8X. Has a serial number L980682 and a 1978 in service sticker on the bottom. Has a plate on the front identifying maintenance company. Exterior has scratches, scuffs and marks. The foam cushioning on the underside of the lid is crumbling. Paint has some blemishes. all keys appear to work and the return and backspace works. It has to type ball but the latch is broken. It has not been tested extensively. Needs turned up and cleaned. Being sold AS IS so please ask questions for more info.
