This rare PMBM 747 padlock has a great hybrid design!  This cool lock requires the user to have the key AND the combination in order to open!  >That means that if you have the key but no combo, it wont open, and vice versa.  The combo dials don't have numbers, but are based on the number of clicks forward from front to back.  Anti-Shim: This Lock sports a solid non-spring loaded Disc as the locking dog so it cannot be shimmed!  A surprising little lock that is actually quite secure and really neat!   A great addition to any Rare Lock and Key collection! **See My Video Demo On YOU-TUBE HERE:** youtu.be/LJBpAYYCHPE CONDITION: This Lock is around 20 years old but was never used. It has been sitting on the Locksmith shelf for a while where it picked up some superficial scrapes and scuffs. It also has some natural color changing of the brass.
