Rare Vintage Cast Iron Packing Tape Dispenser W/water Bath / Moistener

This unique Cast Iron Gummed Packing Tape Dispenser is 15 1/5" long x 10" tall x 4" at the widest point.  The base is 13 1/4" x 3" wide and weighs 10 1/2 pounds.  It is ALL Cast Iron with the exception of the alloy bath roller and brass posts & latches.  It breaks down into 4 pieces to load the tape.  There are no makers marks & there is evidence of a missing label on the top.  The alloy roller has raised letters "R" & "H" and 1 1/2" indicating the tape width & a small circular mark as well. It is a recent barn find and needed to be gently cleaned of debris and cobwebs.  I used a little gun oil on all the moving parts and they now all move freely and work just fine!  I can't find another one like it and if you have any info on this rare piece please let me know.
