This is a vintage Heathkit Vacuum Tube Voltmeter aka VTVM, model # IM-18. IT IS IN MINT SHAPE, ESPECIALLY FOR ITS AGE. I ALSO TESTED IT WITH A 9 AND 12 VOLT BATTERY. Everything works as it should near mint as mentioned above, very minor, if any scrapes or scuffs. The only thing that would be recommended at some point is possibly updating the power cord. It's really easy and I could do it for you if you'd like for a small fee. Either way it works with the current cord just fine, it's just a little out dated since the machine is so old. Please refer to the photos for any condition questions you may have.... if the photos do not answer those questions, then feel free to message me anytime and I will answer any questions you may have.
