The condition of this item is well presented in the pictures above. There are markings and additional notes attached to this device from its previous owner, which may or may not be helpful regarding its functions. It has been plugged in, but does not seem to power on when the switch is flipped. We do not know if there are any other components missing or what is wrong with it.
