That's it. Self-Cooking Control Mode has 7 operating modes specifically designed to automatically cook roasts, grilled food, poultry, fish, baked dishes, side dishes, and for finishing. Combi-Steamer Mode is used for nearly all cooking methods employed in the catering trade, with optional use of steam and hot air, either separately, sequentially or combined.
