Raytek Raynger MX4 This posting is for a Raytek Raynger IR gun. It is used and shows signs of wear. But it Works fine. I have used it to check windows and doors for leaks and drafts. It responds very quickly, giving you a minimum, a maximum and a bar graph as you sweep the gun across tragets. You have to wait for most IR guns to respond. With this one you can scan quickly and see what the minimum and maximum were. It reacts faster than you can read the change. It saves time. It also uses multiple laser dots to show you how big of a surface it is looking at. This way you know if you are reading what you want or several items at the same time. The emissivity is adjustable and has a built in table so you can select particular materials. I show it set to "paper" in one of the pictures. It has a serial output for data logging. It has a type J, K thermocouple or NTC (thermistor) input so you can use probes. It is a great tool, not a cheap toy like many that are commonly sold. Only the MX4 is included. If you would like a case, external power supply, serial cable or other items, please let me know. They would not be part of the original purchase price. The only reason I am selling it is because I have another one that has never been used. I only need one.
