Rebuilt Milltronics 15k Capable Vm Series Spindle

 This 15K capable spindle will fit a wide variety of Milltronics VM series CNC milling  centers. We had a 2005 VM15 a 2011 VM24 and a 2005 VM 20 and this spindle was able to bolt into any of these machines. They were all belt driven machines. The taper end of these spindles incorporates a 70MM ID bearing for Superior tool holder support and stiffness. This spindle was carefully disassembled, inspected and rebuilt  by a 20 year veteran spindle technician formerly employed by GMN . Bores were re chromed and re ground including the spindle taper. Spindle was then carefully re assembled to factory specs, mounted in one of our balancing machines and run in for several days to properly distribute the Kluber grease in the bearings  using progressively higher RPM;s while monitoring the temperature. The spindle was also balanced to the very limits of our high end balancing equipment. I have a wide variety of Cat 40  Rego-fix and conventional tooling available as well as metrology and measuing equipment and other tooling. Please call 802>>>793>>>0753 with any questions .
