REBUILT Working Hickok ME-81 AN/USM-34 Navy VTVM Vacuum Tube Volt Ohm Meter Multimeter as seen in pictures. Face of unit in great shape! Switches are tight, wires arent brittle (the AC cord may have been replaced in the past), and it is very clean internally. I've replaced the selenium rectifiers and electrolytic capacitors. I've also replaced several tubes: the 9006 diode in the RF probe, 1HTF10 ballast, 5814, and 5751 (replaced with a 12AX7). I reassembled it and let it sit turned on for 24 hours, then tested its ranges and functions: all of the readings indicated within 5% of my HP 3456A digital multimeter! (The RF was tested with AC as I didn't have an rf source handy). Which is great, because there's about 10 calibration pots inside, I have no manual for this unit, and none of the pots are labeled...
