Fully Recondtioned 2 Cu Ft. Durco filter press 470mm gasketed filter press Center feed with 4 corner return New manual hydraulics and cylinder! Reconditioning process includes: 1.) The filter press is stripped 2.) Frame is needle scaled, then sandblasted to white metal. 3.) Frame is coated with a two-part epoxy paint. 4.) Hydraulics/Cylinders are inspected, tested repaired, rebuilt or replaced as needed. 5.) Filter Plates are stripped clean, and pressure washed. 6.) New cloths are installed. 7.) Filter press plate O-Rings are inspected and replaced as needed. 8.) All piping is inspected and replaced as needed. 9.) Filter Press is reassembled and tested. You are welcomed to inspect and buy-off on the unit before final payment. 10.) Reconditioned items come with standard 30 day warranty from date of shipping. Subject to review to meet your needs. The quotation shall deem to incorporate, without exception, all terms and conditions contained herein. No modifications shall be effected by Water and Wastewater Equipment Company’s acknowledgment or acceptance of the Owner’s Purchase Order Form, which may contain different terms and conditions. 3. The ownership and title of equipment and materials shall remain vested in Water and Wastewater Equipment Company’s corporation until Owner has made payments in full within terms of the agreement. Upon failure to make agreed payments, or any part thereof, Water and Wastewater Equipment Company is to retain any and all partial payments and shall be entitled to take immediate possession of said equipment and materials. 4. All local taxes, state taxes, federal taxes, labor taxes, import or embargo fees are to be paid by Buyer. 5. Waivers of any breach of this contract does not constitute waiver of other breaches of the contract. 6. The Purchaser agrees that until full payment is made he will not encumber or dispose of said goods, or permit them to be in any way encumbered or taken by operation of law, and will not remove said goods or permit them to be removed from the address where installed without the written consent of Water and Wastewater Equipment Company.
