RETURNS POLICY 1) W must be notified of intent to return within 7 days of receipt of the product. 2) The item must still be in the same condition in which it was shipped. If your purchase was a clothing item that was new with tags, the tags must still be attached. If an item is broken during use, we cannot accept a return. If merchandise is returned opened or in any other condition than how it was originally shipped we cannot refund the purchase price or return shipping. Please pack your returns carefully. 3) If the reason for the return was an error on our part (for example, we mistakenly sent the wrong item) we will reimburse all shipping costs related to the return. In this case please make sure the cost of postage is displayed on the label. 4) If the reason for the return was not an error on our part the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. 5) We are not responsible for a package that was lost or misdirected because the customer provided the incorrect address.
