Next Day and Second Day Air service is available for an additional fee (actual shipping costs plus $15.00 handling fee). We do honor our 14 day return policy, if you should get an item that does not work, unless otherwise stated in that items description. We assume that all our items were in working condition or were stocked in a storeroom at the time the factory closed. Alterations or removal of any components of a part voids the return policy. All returns must include all original parts and manuals. Once we get the item we will inspect the item to make sure it is in the same condition as we shipped it, and if it is we will issue a refund. There are multiple seals on each of our electronic items, if any seal is broken, tampered with or removed the warranty is void. We only emit Refunds/Exchanges once the original product has been returned back to our store in the same condition it was shipped. All requests for returns must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase and have approval. No returns will be accepted without approval. No returns will be accepted after the 14 day period.
