ROBINAIR, Refrigerant Recovery Pre-Filter KIT (1) Pocket Thermometer WILL WORK ON THE FOLLOWING REFRIGERANTS; R12, R12a, R134a, R22, R22a, R404a, R410a, R502, ALL HFC,s ALL CFC's ALL BLENDS, including R410a..0 If you own a refrigerant-refrigerant  recovery/recycle  unit then you know how important it is to take care of it. Most of the damage that occurs to recovery units is from foreign material entering the recovery unit and damaging the compressor. If your recovery unit has a ""OIL-LESS" compressor, it is even more critical that you prevent foreign material from entering the unit. Now comes the problem that some recovery owners face.......there is simply not enough room to screw on a pre-filter and then your hose, or you have to use a expensive male x female pre-filter. This kit takes care of both of those problems. It uses a STANDARD 1/4 x 1/4 male filter, actually, you can use ANY size filter as long as it is 1/4" male flare. The extension hose that COMES WITH this kit allows for some room between the recovery unit inlet and the pre-filter. INCLUDES; (1) 1/4" Male Flare  x  1/4" Male Flare  Pre-filter (1) 6" 1/4" female flare   x    1/4"  female flare extension hose with swivel ends.  (2) Red 1/2" caps for the hose (2) caps with straps for the filter **All items as filtered!
