Refurbed Tektronix 2467b +5+9+10 400mhz Oscilloscope, Guaranty, Free Us Shipping

At the BIN price ($1539) you get a 2467B with TV sync option 5, Frequency Counter Option 6 (aka 9), and GPIB option 10, the most option-packed version of 2467B, with free shipping within US. The Tek 2467B is the image intensifying version of the 2465B which was the last and best performing (4 channels 400MHz) portable analog scope Tek made (1989-1996), so you can't get any better! It is ideal for looking at low rep rate fast transients and detecting infrequent jitters.... or in the case of option 5 - easily seeing just one line out of every field (rep rate: once in 262 or 312). It is also the last Tek made to be repairable.  Years from now 2467Bs will still be active while their younger SMD populated  digitizing relatives get tossed in scrap heaps. Since it is the standard by which other scopes are and will be judged, it is an excellent upgrade from many others. With options it cost over $16000 new, but you can now get it for just a small fraction, still working just fine from me.      Will be shipped freshly calibrated, with (op & svc) instructions on pdf CDrom, blue filter, cord, and 90 days guaranty (my parts & labor, your shipping), ... READY TO USE !    I choose to work on 2400s because they were the last repairable scopes Tek made. 2400s are my specialty, so mine shall arrive working correctly, whether you're buying just 1 or several to outfit an entire lab or classroom. Please keep in mind if buying another's 2467B that chances are, regardless of price, almost certain theirs will have problems, and paying me to fix theirs will not save you $. As reliable as 2400s are, there are many out there with 30 to 100 thousand hours, enough time to have accumulated multiple problems.  2400s I sell have less than 20000 hours, and had their issues fixed (eg: dying Li battery, which few sellers know about, and fewer still could replace without corrupting calibration).  Getting a non-DOA guaranty from another seller misses the point that consuming electricity is not the same as working correctly. Those who say "pulled from a working environment" are hinting it quit (if you miss subtle hints). I sell these because I fix them, others sell these because they need fixing.   First photo shows the risetime of  a fast rise 1MHz 1Vpp square wave as being about 1.04nS (combination of scope's capability + generator's capability) displayed at fastest sweep speed of scope. Traces and writing are very sharp but contrast range is causing camera's autofocus/autoexpose to bloom in bright areas. 2nd photo is of the result of asking scope to "autoscale+measure volts" on a 2Vpp signal. 3rd photo shows cursers measuring same 2Vpp 1KHz signal into CH1. 4th photo is same but with CH2. 5th photo shows that when diagnostic exercise 5 is querried, it shows scope has been used for 17707 hours and turned on 466 times. That is not a lot for a scope made around 1989. 6th photo shows an NTSC gray scale signal starting on an odd field at line #19 (VIR). 7th photo shows same starting on an even field. 8th is a top view. 9th is a rear view. Photos 10, 11, and 12 show video generators I offer as anti-procrastination incentives. 10th photo shows the NTSC gen. 11th shows the SECAM gen, display is of field identification salvo between lines 6 & 14. The 12th photo shows PAL gen. 12 photos is all I can show, so I used the last 3 photos in other listings (with another 2467B) since retaking pictures is too time consuming for showing the possible extra generator you might pick, but first 9 photos are of the 2467B offered in this listing.      I urge clients to contact me before bidding so I can suggest matching accessories and/or options to best suit your needs. Ebay stops me from offering here any direct way (email or phone) to contact me. I can say however that Ebay will give you all that info as soon as you buy anything from me, however inexpensive, such as my $5 handle label.   It is no secret that ebay raises the cost of stuff by roughly 14% (10-11% in sales commission on item and 3-4% for money transfers via Paypal, something a domestic ck can do losslessly, meaning if you'd write a ck for $1350, I'd get $1350). Paypal's 3% buys you speed and consumer protection. Ebay's 10% buys you the right to grade me via Feedback. Please be generous if you can. If you can't, the $5 handle label, as a first purchase, could enable you to save $190 on the scope as a 2nd purchase    California buyers pay sales tax.     I ship worldwide. Ebay has a Global Shipping Program that satisfies Paypal tracking requirements to foreign destinations that US Airmail does not. It is reasonably priced to countries served (ask about FEDEX rates to others as they may be less than UPS). EGSP does not allow me to increase box size or weight (so don't ask for rackmounting) and asks you to prepay import tax to your country. To high taxing countries (many countries want 30%, some more, some less), and the only way I know to reduce the tax with EGSP, is to allow you to 'make offer' for less than buy-it-now, and let that become the new 'official' price on which the tax is calculated on. But for me to accept an offer for less, you have to stipulate so we both understand that you're doing it for only that reason, and that you will quickly make up the difference to me in a separate paypal (you will have my paypal name from the first to enable the 2nd) so I don't suffer while trying to help you save on tax. While paying say $30 tax on a "$100" scope saves a lot over having to pay $450 tax on its real price, I should point out that reducing customs value also reduces insurance value in case of loss, but that is extremely rare with my shipping methods.  HURRY UP FREE BONUS: at Buy-It-Now price, if paid I'm by Cyber Monday 1 Dec 14: I shall upgrade domestic shipping from ground to Prio (2days) Mail if you are more than 2 days by ground from me, AND I will offer you your choice of 1 video generator FREE, either: Sencore VG91 (ntsc), or Leader LCG398B (secam), or Leader LCG399A (pal). Your choices appear in last 3 photos. While the generator is FREE, its shipping isn't, (and the Sencore's box is about same size/weight as scope's). The shipping cost of the "free" bonus is not included in any shipping calculator, including Ebay's Global Shipping Program. If you want it, let me know your pick, and ask me for its separate shipping cost. If you deem the shipping cost for a free generator too high, and you'd rather get a FREE bonus that does not increase shipping cost, I am willing to substitute a P6137 probe. If you live within driving distance of me, I will also let you pick up a scope cart instead (too big to ship). You get a 14 day right of return for refund or exchange, provided my tamper seals aren't breached, everything is returned in same shape as received, you pack it as well as I did, and pay for all shipping.
