Description: All Statims are refurbished by an experienced, MFR-trained technician. Our process includes the following: Complete top-to-bottom rebuild Water pump tested and new pump filter installed Exhaust valve disassembled and cleaned. The valve's spring/plunger are replaced if needed Boiler is screened for potential problems, then calibrated Probe bracket is aligned Isoplate is inspected for cracks and replaced if needed Chamber temperature probe is calibrated Compressor is tested to ensure strong airflow output PCB is inspected for burn damage or evidence of overheating Reservoir is cleaned Water quality sensor is calibrated (on applicable models) Check valve is tested for proper air flow, and for leaks The cassette is cleaned, and a new seal is installed The cover is refinished with a high-quality powder coat finish **Please note, the fascia (front panel) is plastic and can not be refurbished. Therefore, some Statims may exhibit small cracks in the fascia. We always select the best fascia available for each Statim we remanufacture.
