For USA customers, we coordinate with Xerox's Full Service Xerox FSMA on their behalf. The process works just like purchasing a new machine from Xerox, where customers pay a per impression fee "click charge." Xerox then sends all needed supplies and provides maintenance. We have customers all over the USA who can provide references, or we can assist with self-maintenance.
