This item is in good condition with some minor cosmetic wear from normal use. There are a few minor scuff marks on the item but this does not effect the functionality of the item. The function buttons are all in good condition, as well as, the digital displays. Please refer to the photos below for more details on the item. This item was plugged in and powered on with no problems. We were able to change some of the settings on the item and everything seemed to function as it should. All the dials turned correctly, the function buttons responded and the digital displays all showed numbers. This item also includes FC 4E chamber. This item has not been tested. We were unable to test this item any further but we this item is functional. This item does include a power cable.
