Riechert Project-o-chart projector 12-years old.  I purchased this from Lombart Instruments, and recently changed the halogen bulb in it.  However, I do not guarantee the bulb, it is readily available and inexpensive.  Includes full wall-mounting bracket, and see pictures as one half of the bracket has cracks in the powder coating.  This unit was never abused or dropped or damaged in any way, but does show chips and scratches from normal everyday use in my practice.  I no longer need this as I retired from optometry at the end of 2014.  Chart slide and Instruction Manual included.  Power cord is long and has three-pronged plug for wall outlets.  Should be fully operational and ready to use right away, but you will need to focus it for your exam room (see Instruction Manual) which should be fairly straight-forward.  I also have a screens and a mirror system for sale if your exam room is short.  Please message me if you might be interested in those. Item ships next business day after payment (Sorry, I only take PayPal) is received.  Item only ships to U.S. addresses (no post office boxes) in the lower 48 states.  Item ships via UPS and will be fully packed and insured through UPS.  UPS requires you to keep all packaging until you are sure there was no damage in shipping.
