REISER MEAT TENDERIZER PACKING LINE WESTAR DENESTER ROSS LOADER WALDROP CONVEYOR This auction is for a used Meat Tenderizing Line. This is a very nice line that was put into service in 2001. This item was removed from a large national retailer. This was removed from a working environment when the previous owner upgraded, we have tested individual components and they work. However, we do not sell these frequently and will offer no guarantees to its completeness or working abilities. If you have any specific questions, please let us know and we will do our best to answer them. It is pretty clean, but like all restaurant/grocery equipment, it should still be cleaned before it is used. You are receiving 5 pieces with this: 1. Reiser GB240 Portioner The GB240 Portioner consists of a three-section conveyor separated laterally by a high speed guillotine type knife. All sections of the conveyor are chain driven from a single 1/4 HP motor, the speed of which is adjustable by means of a front control panel. The discharge and takeaway sections of the conveyor operate 20% faster than the speed of the infeed conveyor. 2. Westar Denester Capable of denesting many rectangular shaped foam tray sizes. Use quality trays for best results. Quick and easy change over from one size to another. Capable of denesting up to 60 trays per minute. The denester tray capacity is approximately 400 trays. A PLC control with digital display allows for easy adjustments. 3. Ross 2380 Loader Designed for High Volume Loading of trays to denester 4. Waldrop Model 238 Conveyor 5. Advance Manufacturing Technologies Raw Meat Conveyor. This item must be shipped freight. Please read and understand our shipping policy. Payment is due within 72 hours of purchase.
