This is for a Reliance 6200 chair that has been fully refurbished by a certified technician and comes with a 6 month parts and service warranty. Chair has fresh new coat of paint, clear coat protective finish and you get NEW upholstery color of your choice (see picture). Takes about a week to get the upholstery ordered and re upholstered. Chair is a manual tilt but is a flat recline. Chair does communicate with the stand and can be controlled by the stand Also included is the Reliance 7800 stand. Stand has also been fully refurbished by a certified technician and includes a 6 month parts and service warranty. Stand has been repainted with a clear coat finish.  Stand communicates with the chair to power the chair up and down 2 ways. It has button controls on the panel as pictured as well as a switch on the slit lamp arm to raise and lower the chair. Due to size of the equipment it would have to go by freight. Our freight company offers a white glove service meaning they will deliver the equipment, unpack the equipment, bring the equipment into office and place where you would like then remove all packing material and debris. For a shipping quote I would need a shipping address. Florida buyers are required to pay sales tax.
