 I have (6) Used SCR's removed from working equipment.. They have various part numbers and manufacturers but are all rated 500amps/1200 prv.. The have all been tested with a 500 volt megger for breakdown and the lowest reading is (1) device is 3 megohms all the rest are 6 megs or higher.. They all turn on with a restive load...As with any solid state device I can only guarantee that they are not DOA...
