Reliance PLC Model 45C15A. Unit is old but appears to be in working order. There are signs of screws on the mounting flange and one corner flange has a bit of a bend. The rear panel has some sign of being mounted inside an enclosure but not to a point of removing paint. This unit has been on the shop shelf for the last 20 years so there is not that much time that it was in service.  Unit was powered up and after the normal delay, the power and CPU READY LEDs were on. The unit was connected to a rail and the first 8 I/O points were checked by monitoring the input and applying voltage to an input card. This was checked for all 0 to 7 input positions. The second postions were forced on with an output module in postions 10 throught 17. All output positions could be forced on. The forceing table was cleared and the PLC put into RUN mode. Run LED did power up as expected. The unit was then stopped and the RUN LED did go off. The other 3 remaining rail positions were checked for 2 inputs and 2 output positions. All worked. This means the PLC can communicate to all 4 rail positions and that each of the 16 I/O points were accessable. That is the total of what was tested on this unit. There is an OEM box but it looks like it has been around for a long time also. No original packing, no manual. It just looks like a unit that can still be used. Cover for power terminal is missing.  Buyer pays freight. -2-
