This is a used Remington Model 479 Powder Actuated Tool.  I haven't tested it as I have no rounds for it, or any caps to fire it with. The following is a description of the use of a powder actuated tool:Powder actuated fastening hammer is designed for the do-it-yourselfer. The strike of a hammer will actuate and fire a pin into concrete, steel or masonry. Ideal for mounting framing lumber, electrical junction boxes, conduit clips, & more.  Uses a .22 caliber low velocity power load to fasten up to 2-1/2" power fasteners.   Check out my other items for sale, and check back frequently, as I'm adding items all the time.  Will only ship to the United States on this item.  Back in April I sustained an injury at work(a torn ligament in my left wrist).  Workman's Comp denied my claim, and the so-called Disability Insurance through my employer doesn't want to pay me anything either.  I am in constant pain in my left wrist, and haven't been able to return to work.  My measly savings I had at the beginning of the year are almost exhausted, so I'm trying to sell things here on EBay to get some money to survive, rather than going out and standing on a corner trying to panhandle money from people.
