 Rena UT361 Heavy Duty Double Tabber / Wafer Sealer Limited Testing has been done. The Rewind Spools spin and the tractor feed wheels turn when the start button is pressed. The machine stops when it is pressed again. The tractor feed wheels move slightly when the fine adjustment buttons are pushed. Machine looks to be in good condition. The rollers are pliable and the machine runs fairly quiet. There are a few external parts missing. Everything that comes with this listing is shown in the photos with the exception of a power cord.  SOLD AS IS, AS DESCRIBED Specifications: Applies one OR two tabs in a single pass.
