Renegade Roasters are very heavy duty mild steel constructed coffee roasters.  Made entirely here in the USA (cali). This particular unit underwent a full rebuild & refurbishing and I added some upgrades. Machine is from ~2008. - Mild steel construction - 33lb(ish) batch size - Each motor is speed-controlled. Great airflow and drum speed adjustment - Quick cool times - Very industrial & heavy. This roaster weighs around 1200lbs with the chaff collector - External chaff collector - Roast fully manual or let the controller do the work. Roaster was partially automated - I added actuators to open hopper and drum doors.  - Safe.. industrial PLC uses levels of error checking to ensure machine is working properly before it's allowed to run. - Easy to get parts for - Ribbon burners - great heat distribution to prevent hot spots on the drum - Proprietary control software on built in touch screen - Oversized cooling tray (100lbs of coffee can be blended in it!) - Very powerful motors and oversized gearboxes - Natural gas and 220v single phase I've replaced some cosmetic parts, touched up the finish in areas, re-wired most of the electrical, checked and replaced any switches/components that weren't working properly. I added door actuators and replaced thermocouples. This roaster is running in tip-top shape, cosmetically does have some scratches/scuffs/dents. Left side of roaster has a few larger dents that aren't super visible due to being behind controller. I spent a ton of time de-rusting the roaster components. Great working roaster. Needs a good home. Please don't hesitate with any questions. This roaster new is ~$40,000 today. I've worked on different brands and in my opinion this out-performs even some of the big names (diedrich, probat, USRC, etc). INCLUDES: - Roaster - Chaff collector - MOST vent pipe from roaster to chaff collector - please contact me to see what you'll need for install. I'll take care of crating but buyer pays full freight cost to be determined upon purchase completion (or I can get a quote before you buy if you'd like)
