                           One replacement gear for a             KP-110 Panasonic Pencil Sharpener    You are right to love your Panasonic KP 110, it is a superior pencil sharpener. Use this superior replacement gear to keep your pencils sharpened for another 10 or 20 years! Dimensions:  Also shown in diagram image Outside Diameter of Gear = 47.5mm (~1 53/64") Diameter of Axle Fitting = 9.54mm (3/8") Width of Axle Slot = 7mm (~9/32") Number of Teeth = 76 Please ensure that the diameter shown in the diagram matches your old gear.    Replacement gears are made of ABS or PETG plastic depending on inventory at time of order. ABS is the material used to make Legos. PETG is used to make soda bottles (think of the threads). Feel free to request a color or material.     The original gears sold with the KP-110 appear to be made of nylon--which absorbs water from the air. Over time, the natural heating and cooling experienced by the nylon gear (along with water to moving in and out of the plastic) eventually degrades, fatigues, and cracks the plastic.  An Ebay buyer asked me to design this gear for his beloved pencil sharpener. After going through 34 models, we are finished prototyping and ready to fix your pencil sharpener! If this gear does not make you **happy** just tell me and you won't pay for it. ***Please note, this is still a relatively new prototype.
