This is a replacement hookswitch / microswitch for Cisco IP phones of the 7940, 7941, 7960, 7961 models.  If your phone cuts off calls, stays on speaker you may have a bad hookswitch.  Please note that installation will require working with the internals of the phone, a Philips screwdriver will be needed to remove the back of the phone, and a pair of tweezers or fine-tipped pliers will be needed to pull the posts of the hookswitch through their respective holes on the phone.  This item comes with a 30-day warranty.   Check out our other auctions If you have any questions please let us know, call (800) 939-0439 Ext. 701   Customer Guarantee Our customers are the most important asset to our company.
