4 foot acrylic tube 4.25" diameter With speaker glued/installed, one end housed in plastic case, just won first prize in science fair, used to demonstrate standing waves, resonance and antinodes, with movement of styrofoam. Great demo experiment 8th grade. Tube alone worth 90 dollars. The third image shows result of standing wave/ resonance at around 135 Hz, which is the fundamental frequency. All you need is an amp and frequency source like an iPad to demo standing waves. One end has a Dodge ball(not included) stuffed in it which of course can be removed, the other end is installed in a plastic box with a pillow inside to absorb sound so the experiment is not so frighteningly loud. This end is not glued but fastened with foam tape, sturdy enough for this application but it can be easily removed. The high quality high fidelity fostex speaker is glued to that end and you can see the speaker wires leaving the box with banana Jack connectors. Indicate what parts you don't want, I will remove. Gee Mom or Dad I am saving you some money and labor, and you can spend more time with your kid teaching the physics involved here. Go look up the cost of a tube like this on eBay.
