Used Delfield Rethermalizer with digital controls. Removed in working condition and setting in storage. Plug damaged as pictured. Phase 3 120/208 V, unknown current working condition (no phase 3 available). Sold As-Is. Want it gone…$550 OBO. Prefer local pick up.  Data Sheet Crap…  Electrical Requirements: 120/208V-60HZ-3PH, 29-33A  Dimensions: 32 long x 18 wide x 40 high.  Stainless steel hinged night cover.  Design included in this unit is covered under several patents.  Why is precooked, chilled product considered a superior rethermalizing process?  * Rethermalizing is more energy efficient then steam or hot air, and the hot water surface provides more exact temperature control. * Hot water is 10 times more efficient than hot air! * Using water, delicate products can be heated to an exact temperature, without overcooking product on the exterior of the bag. * Unused pouches may be chilled very rapidly in ice water to store for later use, and pouches cost less than aluminum pans/cans while taking up less space
