This Ebay item is used equipment by Reuter Stokes. IT is a Reuter Stockes mini Wibget model RSS-213 Heat Stress Monitor as pictured. Included is the case & attachments as pictured. After we added a 9 volt this powered up fine & the display comes on. The edges of the display is dark for some reason & not sure why. The display turns on & off when the frount button is pushed. It was marked working when it came in. Sorry we have noway to fully test it. Local buyers are welcome to inspect this in our warehouse before purchasing.
