This rotary carousel by rhino robots powers on and the belt moves when voltage is applied to the motor. Speed is variable with voltage in with a maximum rating of 12 volts. They are from a robotics lab that was clearing older equipment.  I am unable to test the motor encoder and the functionality is unknown. Please make note of this before making offers. The encoder is however quite simple and in the event it is non-functioning it contains simple and easily replaceable ICs. Motor is by Brevel. Please feel free to ask any questions that may help you better gauge condition.
