No. 1C 154/42 Product expiry date : Year 2016 Composition : Aqueous suspension of budesonide in bottles provided with a pump spray equipment delivering budesonide 64 mcg per dose ( 1.28 mg/ml). Indications : Seasonal allergic and allergic/non-allergic perennial rhinitis. Treatment of nasal polys. Prevention of nasal polyps after polypectomy. Dosage : Dosage should be individual and tapered to the smallest dose maintaining symptom control. Rhinitis : Adults, elderly and children 6 years of age and older. The recommended starting dose is 256 mcg. ( 4 doses) daily. The dose can be administered once daily in the morning or divided into two administration morning and evening. After the desired clinical effect is obtained, usually within 1-2 weeks, the maintenance dose should be tapered to the smallest amount necessary to control the symptoms. Clinical trials suggest that a maintenance dose of 32 mcg in each nostril in the morning may be sufficient in some patients. Treatment or Prevention of Nasal Polyps : The recommended dose is 128 mcg. ( 2 x 64 mcg or 4 x 32 mcg ) twice daily. Contra-indications : History of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. 1 ml contains : Budesonide 1.28 mg and constituents. Store at temperature below 30 degree C Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.
