This is a used Rich Mar Sonic Stim SSU being offered for repair or parts. No AC power supply or charger. No Ultrasound Hand Piece. Probably needs a new battery pack, as I could not recharge this one because I did not get this with a charger, so my BEST GUESS is it needs a new battery pack. It does power up as shown in the pictures, when I used a comparable power supply. One of the little rubber feet covers is missing from the back. That's all I know about this, if you have any questions, please ask before bidding or buying.  These are really really expensive, and it's probably worth it to someone to spend some money fixing this one.  The one's I found when I googled these were like $4,000  jeez, just the carrying cases were $350   JEEZ!!!!!!!
