It came from a government office environment and was in storage for some time. We used this fax/copier in our office for a few months and it worked great. We were able to use it with a MagicJack connection. It has been lightly cleaned, but may require more cleaning. The photos are of the actual item you will receive. It may have stickers, ID markings and light scuffings. Some of the white plastic may be yellowed due to light exposure. Printer drivers are available from manufacturer's website. Toner cartridge is included, but it is unknown how much toner is left. Power cord is included. Unit will be shipped via UPS so please provide a physical address.
