This is a Ridgid Flaring Tool. Easy, Convenient, Dial Adjust. Cat No. 93190, Model # 445, Adjusts to sizes 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, O.D. Comes with Box and papers. Hardly used. Use for copper, thin wall steel, aluminum, brass and special alloy depending on thickness. Please no returns. Thanks for looking. I am posting some extra pictures with hopefully a understandable explanation on how this tool adjusts. It will begin with picture number 6. Pull open the red handles. When these are closed it locks up the spin dials. Open the red handles to release the lock. Picture number 7... now that the handles are open go to the silver rod at the top and unscrew it just a turn or two. Picture number 8... now release this latch. Picture number 9 and 10.... picture 9 is showing the dials from the side view and picture 10 is showing from the bottom of the tool. The dials break apart into two halves. All halves are engraved with sizes. From the side in picture number 9, turn the dials on both halves until you get the size you want. The engraved sizes will let you know for sure that you have them matched up correctly. Then just push it all back together the way you opened it. Its really pretty simple. Hope this helps!
