Refusing / cancelling an order · If you refuse an item on arrival due to change of mind and or mistake, you will be charged a fee to have the item returned and or resent - price dependant on product and location. This will be deducted from your refund. · If you cancel an item after it has been dispatched you will be charged a return fee – price dependant on product and location. · Deliveries are attempted at least twice, deliveries that fail after this due to no one at the delivery address may incur a fee to re-deliver. Items arriving Damaged: · Unfortunately this is rare but it can happen. If an item arrives at your door please inspect it before signing. · If you see any severe damage to the item on arrival please refuse delivery and sign as damaged. · If you are unsure about the item please sign as “unchecked” or signed as “damaged” · In the unlikely case your item arrives damaged we need to be notified within 24 hours of delivery and require photographic evidence within 2 days of the item arriving. We can then sort out a replacement part to be dispatched. Please email photos to sales@atlantisoffice.com. Photos must contain the damaged item and also the damaged to any packaging. This process is so we can follow up claims with the couriers insurance. Damaged* 2. Wrongly Ordered* 1. *Damaged. If an item arrives damaged, photographic or video evidence must be provided within 24 hours of receiving the item. If the damage is factory error or delivery damage we will offer a replacement or refund. If it is your damage (i.e damage while putting the item together we cannot accept the item back). All items returned will be inspected and then part / full refunds will be given depending on the situation. 2. *Wrongly Ordered. If you order an item by accident or change your mind, you must report it to us within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be untouched, unopened, unused and be in an as received condition. We will then arrange a courier to collect the item – you will be informed the price of this when you ask to return (return price depends on item & location). Once received back, the item will be inspected and if it is “as received” you will be issued a refund MINUS the return fee. I.e If an item cost you ?100, and the return fee is ?30, you will receive a ?70 refund. If the item is damage, used, or not as described when returning you will be charged a fee. Once the goods have been returned they will be inspected and a full refund excluding any shipping cost will be given once product is confirmed in perfect as received condition. Any other than perfect then a charge will be added. If collection by our courier for returns then it is the delivery cost plus £20.00 + VAT handling they charge. Personalised chairs.
