Monday to Friday. ·         Some items may be delivered within 10 working days but you will be confirmed a delivery date. Refusing / cancelling an order ·         If you refuse an item on arrival due to change of mind and or mistake, you will be charged a fee to have the item returned and or resent - price dependant on product and location. This will be deducted from your refund. ·         If you cancel an item after it has been dispatched you will be charged a return fee – price dependant on product and location. ·         Deliveries are attempted at least twice, deliveries that fail after this due to no one at the delivery address may incur a fee to re-deliver. Items arriving Damaged: ·         Unfortunately this is rare but it can happen.  If an item arrives at your door please inspect it before signing.         ·         If you see any severe damage to the item on arrival please refuse delivery and sign as damaged. ·         If you are unsure about the item please sign as “unchecked” or signed as “damaged” ·         In the unlikely case your item arrives damaged we need to be notified within 24 hours of delivery and require photographic evidence within 2 days of the item arriving. We can then sort out a replacement part to be dispatched. Please email photos to sales@atlantisoffice.com. Photos must contain the damaged item and also the damaged to any packaging. Damaged* 2. Wrongly Ordered* 1.     *Damaged. If an item arrives damaged, photographic or video evidence must be provided within 24 hours of receiving the item. If the damage is factory error or delivery damage we will offer a replacement or refund. If it is your damage (i.e damage while putting the item together we cannot accept the item back). All items returned will be inspected and then part / full refunds will be given depending on the situation. 2.     *Wrongly Ordered. If you order an item by accident or change your mind, you must report it to us within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be untouched, unopened, unused and be in an as received condition. We will then arrange a courier to collect the item – you will be informed the price of this when you ask to return (return price depends on item & location). Once received back, the item will be inspected and if it is “as received” you will be issued a refund MINUS the return fee. I.e If an item cost you ?100, and the return fee is ?30, you will receive a ?70 refund. If the item is damage, used, or not as described when returning you will be charged a fee. Please check the package and contents for damage before you sign the delivery note. Signing the delivery note signifies that you are satisfied with the package, it's condition and it's contents. (Our couriers will not pay our insurance if it is signed for as undamaged) All faults need to be reported within 3 days. When you assemble your product, If you are missing a part please contact us on 0844 854 8730 or sales@atlantisoffice.com If you wish to return the product within 7 days for non-defective reasons (i.e. change of mind) then you may send it back to us at your cost, but it must in perfect condition, un-used and packed as supplied in full packaging in a brand new condition. Once the goods have been returned they will be inspected and a full refund excluding any shipping cost will be given once product is confirmed in perfect as received condition. Any other than perfect then a charge will be added. If collection by our courier for returns then it is the delivery cost plus £20.00 + VAT handling they charge. Personalised chairs. I.e a chair with your chosen seat colour, cannot be returned due to the nature of the personalisation We cannot refund the "Fully Built" Service charge Upholstery Terms (Chairs not in stock colours) i) Any upholstered items being returned to Atlantis Office for a refund will incur an additional upholstery charge which will cover the cost of the chair being returned back to stock colour. ii) Atlantis Office will send the relevant parts for any upholstered items that have been delivered damaged. In certain cases where it isn’t possible to replace the necessary parts, we will arrange to collect the item and return once repaired. iii) Where an order has been cancelled prior to upholstery there will be an invoice payable for any fabric/material that has been purchased by Atlantis Office Free Delivery is to UK Mainland only.
