DAMAGED SHIPMENTS If you receive a damaged package, please submit clear images of the packaging/box and damaged item from multiple angles. DO NOT discard the packaging. Save packaging for carrier claim. Carrier will often come back to pick up the shipment. We cannot file a claim on your behalf without the packaging and proper images.
