Brand new in the original box, one ( 1 ) Robertshaw Invensys Contractor Series Deluxe Programmable Wall Thermostat with remote sensing capabilities. Special note to take is it allows you (or your installer) to pre-program your company name and phone number to be displayed for call back purposes. Security Code Enabled, after entered, it can not be changed by some other company. NEVER LOSE YOUR NEXT SERVICE CALL AFTER INSTALLATION WITH THIS PUPPY!!! This thermostat is a single stage heating / cooling thermostat. It can be used with gas or oil furnaces, electric air handlers, as well as Heat Pump units. It works with all 24 volt heating and air conditioning systems, as power to device is supplied from there. NOTE: This is a NON-BATTERY device requiring a FIVE wire hookup. During a power failure, programing is retained; however, the clock MAY need to be reset for outages more than 120 minutes. This thermostat has an LED digital display showing the mode ( heat or cool ), the temperature, the day, date, time of day, fan on, fan off, it has auto-changeover for days when it is cool in the morning and hot in the afternoon, a menu button, English or French display, and either Fahrenheit or Celsius temperature readings. Inside the box is the thermostat, mounting hardware, installation instructions and an operations manual in both English & French.
