ATI Robotic Tool Changer: QC-5 (18 lb Payload Limit) ATI Industrial Automation This common robotic tool changer attaches to the wrist of your robot. It is ideal for quick attachment of various tools (screw drivers, grippers, probes, spray nozzles, pipette, etc.) to your robotic system without shut down. In other words it allows one robot system (arm) to use a variety of different tools without stopping. Will fit most robots, Denso, Kuka, Motoman, Fanuc, Staubli etc. with wrist as determined by ATI web site. Perfect for lab, prototyping and/or manufacturing. Ultra high quality, high precision and high repeat-ability. In like new condition, hardly used (less than 5 hours total) ATI Model Numbers: Master (1): 9120-005M-000-000 / QC-5 Tool (3): 9120-005T-000-000 / QC-5 Interface Plate (1): 3700-20-1144-02 / Interface Plate Between QC-5 & BC31.5, (4)M5, Recess 20, Dowel 5 Also includes Custom Made Aluminum Tool Adapters (3) attaches to QC-5 Tool 005T with four socket cap screws included, see drawing for details. All eight parts cost over $2000 (two thousand dollars) new if bought directly through manufacturers. This tool changer was taken off of a fully functioning lab prototype that was used for a short term research project. This sale does NOT include the Denso robot arm shown in the photos nor does it included the extruded aluminum rack, black vacuum hose, green plastic spatula, white PVC pipe, 4" metal bar nor table.
