Brand new Rock Crusher, this auction is for a complete turn key ready to go to work rock crusher (you must add gas & oil,) it has a direct drive 6.5 HP gas engine, the drum is thickwall 18 inch ID (its a big boy) the crankshaft is a 1 1/4 inch thick Hi Tensile shaft, the feed is a square 4 inch by 4 inch, it has a safety cover as well. It will take your rocks and turn them into -200 mesh in seconds (see video) we mount our unit with direct drive, it gives it more power, no belts to adjust, slip or replace. (less is better) the unit weighs about 190 lbs. It is built for a long life. When you look at crushers, look at the quality of the materials that they are built from, a lot of units are built with very thin drums, these will wear out very fast. Look at the quality of the welds, please compare ours to theres. When we paint our units, they are painted with high quality oil base industrial paint, we mix a hardner in the paint and sprayed with a paint gun, a lot of units are painted with a very thin coat of paint from spray cans, compare what ours looks like and theirs a year from now. NO SHORTCUTS FOR QUALITY>. We roll a 1/4 inch metal seal and weld it in the end cap to help seal the unit, you can pay more, BUT YOU CAN'T BUY BETTER.
